Pinnacle, a fast growing Sage business management software and IT Services provider, is seeking to recruit a Sage 200 Support Administrator to join its growing operations in Belfast

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the process of Invoicing Annual Maintenance Contracts and will report directly to the Customer Services Director .

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing customer annual maintenance contract
  • Invoicing Maintenance renewals
  • Invoicing Consultancy days
  • Manage and issue customer Licences
  • Review Maintenance on Backorder – invoicing new orders
  • Credit Control Queries & Customer Queries issuing Credit Notes
  • Log Support Calls when the Call logger is on leave.
  • Request updated Hardware Quotes and arrange Site Surveys
  • Produce Maintenance KPIs
  • File contracts
  • Filing Invoices

The Ideal Candidate will have

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administration role and experience of Sales and / or Purchase ledger would be preferable
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to multi task and work under pressure
