Pinnacle, Sage 200 & Sage 200 CRM Business Partner of the Year 2016, 2015, 2014 is seeking to recruit a Sage CRM Support Consultant  to join its growing team & operating from any of the Pinnacle UK office locations

Key responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will provide 1st line support for Pinnacle's Sage CRM customers across the UK & Ireland and in a wide array of industry sectors.

The job will involve all aspects of Sage CRM Support, handling queries from clients by telephone, email and remote connection and escalating problems where necessary.

Operating from any of Pinnacle's UK offices or the flexibility to work from home, you will report directly to the Customer Services Director.

The ideal candidate

  • The candidate should have at least 1 year experience of working on a CRM support desk - ideally with Sage CRM
  • You should have a functional understanding of CRM
  • Knowledge of Sage CRM integrations would be beneficial, but not essential eg Sage CRM to Sage 200, both classic and connected,or integration to Sage Line 500 
  • You should have excellent communication skills, and the commitment to ensuring support issues are resolved to meet the customer expectations.
  • Strong technical & database skills including Microsoft SQL
  • An excellent problem-solver
