Pete is an expert in all things Sage, beginning his career in Sage UK he has been a member of Pinnacle for over 10 years. Pete has experience in a number of roles including Sage 200 Support.
As Pinnacle's Sage 200 Product Manager, Pete is constantly reviewing solutions to integrate seamlessly with Sage 200 while helping our teams to develop solutions specifically for customer needs.
Dave heads our large Sage 200 Support Team. Having worked in Support and Development roles at Sage UK for 18 years, Dave has experience of all Sage products from Sage 50 to Sage 200.
Dave's key focus is to constantly drive our customer support experience, implementing new processes and soon to be launched customer knowledge zone for Sage 200.
Andy has worked with Sage software for over ten years, having started his career at Sage UK. Specialising in Sage 200 support, Andy works closely with our customers dealing with general Sage 200 questions to Server issues relating to the Sage Server client environment.
Having both a hardware and Sage background, Andy brings a wealth of experience to his role to ensure our customers get the best support available.
Aaron has over a decade of experience with Sage 200. He was one of the first people in the UK to support Sage 200 Manufacturing and CRM.
Operating from the Pinnacle Newcastle office, Aaron works on the Support desk, drawing on his years of experience to provide the first class support that Pinnacle is renowned for.
Steve has been working with Sage software for over ten years, starting his career at Sage UK supporting Sage 50.
Working on the support team in the Pinnacle Newcastle office, Steve supports all of the Sage 200 solution. Dealing with questions on accounting, manufacturing or CRM, Steve draws on his depth and breadth of knowledge to ensure our customers receive first class support.
Matthew specialises in adapting Sage 200 solutions to clients specific processes.
Matthew has worked with Sage Software for over 8 years and is fully accredited in Sage 200 Commercials, Project Accounting, Financials and Business Intelligence.
Matthew has particular expertise in Sage 200 Manufacturing, working closely with Pinnacle’s Manufacturing clients in various capacities including Support, Implementation and Training.
Ross works solely with businesses in Scotland to help understand their business processes and software requirements. Ross is able to provide the optimum Sage solution for their business.
Roslyn has worked at Pinnacle for over 5 years, and has vast experience in customer service and sales support.
Roslyn is part of the Sage 200 Pinnacle Direct Customer Services team and speaks to our customers daily, ensuring they are getting the right levels of support while updating them on what's new with their Sage solution.

Laura has been a member of the Pinnacle team for over 10 years.
Laura specializes in consulting and developing applications for our Sage clients, including Sage 200 and Sage 1000, using Java, MicrosoftVB.Net and Microsoft SQL.
Kerry has worked with Sage Software for over 26 years and at Pinnacle for over 15. Kerry has vast experience and knowledge of the Sage Enterprise product range including Sage X3, Sage 1000 and Sage Line 500.
Kerry is part of the Sage X3 & Sage 1000 Pinnacle Direct Customer Services team and speaks to our customers daily, ensuring they are getting the right levels of support while updating them on what's new with their Sage solution.

Gavin has worked in the implementation and support of IT solutions for over 18 years, and at Pinnacle for over 8.
Gavin manages a large team of IT engineers, support and sales who provide solutions to our clients ranging from software, hardware and telecoms.
Amanda has worked in IT for more than 15 years. Having worked in various roles, she has gained vast experience and a rounded knowledge of network requirements in modern business.
Amanda works closely with her colleagues and clients, ensuring that customers have the optimal hardware and software in place for their business.
Nigel works in the South of England and Wales. His extensive knowledge of the IT market makes him a valuable adviser to any business. Working closely with both the support staff and the marketing team, Nigel is a fountain of knowledge.
He maintains a close relationship with customers through his no-nonsense and progressive approach.
Graham has been working in the IT sector for over 15 years.
He can now implement and support any form of IT Infrastructure system through his vast experience and knowledge base. His expert topic is Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server platforms. In his role with Pinnacle he manages and supports many platforms, especially backups and disaster recovery systems.
Mark works on our IT Support help-desk. He solves technical problems for our customers, enabling them to focus on their own business. 97% of our IT Support calls are answered within 30 minutes - a fact that Mark takes great pride in.
Mark also has an interest in IT Security and conducts his own research into Malware.
Keith, a graduate Hons. BSc. in Information and Communication Technologies, has worked in ICT sector for over 10 years.
Keith provides support to our clients ensuring they overcome any technical difficulties encountered in their software or hardware applications.
Fearghal co-ordinates communications between the departments of the IT Services division. He generates business through marketing campaigns, working closely with Amanda and Nigel.
