Local Sage Business Partner, Pinnacle Computing, has once again been honoured for its outstanding contribution to customer service. The prestigious Sage "Circle of Excellence" award was presented to Pinnacle at the Annual Sage Business Partner conference ‘Sage Visions' held at The Sage Gateshead & The Baltic in Newcastle on the 5th November.
This is the third year that Pinnacle has scooped the award, an accomplishment that few Sage Business Partner in the region have achieved. The award was granted to Pinnacle on the basis of its high levels of customer service to its 900+ nationwide customer base.
Sage, a leading provider of business software and services, introduced the concept of a "Circle of Excellence" four years ago in order to recognise and reward the Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues. This is the 3rd year that Pinnacle has scooped the accolade.
On presenting the award to Pinnacle, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, "I'm delighted to present this award to Pinnacle.
