Pinnacle Computing supplies Sage business management software solutions to the UK & Irish marketplaces. Sage is a world-leading supplier of accounting, ERP and CRM software for mid-market and large companies as well as specialist applications for manufacturing, distribution, construction and accountants in practice. Pinnacle's client portfolio includes UTV, Wrightbus, Randox Laboratories, Kingspan and Sliderobes, to name a few.
The ideal candiate will have a minimum 6-12 months proven marketing / telemarketing experience. Call centre experience is desired though not essential. Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets is preferable. Strong Negotiation skills. IT skills preferably with knowledge of in-house databases / crm systems and ability to analyse data. Friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong objection handling skills. Confident, self motivated, competitive and assertive
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong focus on lead generation Telemarketing - working towards a quarterly lead target through efficiently completing calling campaigns and maximising opportunities to generate sales leads, collection of market data and providing exceptional customer service to "promote" the Pinnacle brand
- Assist with planning and implementation of marketing campaigns within specific budgets & timescales
- Compilation of sales support material
- Campaign and lead management
- Assist in the management and maintenance of Pinnacle's internal CRM system
- Be proactive in researching and understanding the Sage marketplace and report market trends via research data.
