Pinnacle's Parts Inclusive Hardware Support ensures that your complete IT Infrastructure is always supported by an experienced team of IT engineers which provides you and your business with peace of mind. This complete service package includes;

Hardware Maintenance Support - Parts Exclusive
Pinnacle's Parts Exclusive Hardware Support offers the same benefits of Parts Inclusive support however this is implemented when;
- Equipment Falls under Manufacturer Warranty
- Where the IT equipment is older than 3years
- Where the IT equipment components are difficult to source and the repair cannot always be achieved
Preventative Support
Pinnacle's Preventative IT Support Package allows you to prepare for the unknown and ensure that your business has reliable IT Support ready when you need it. For a one off fixed annual fee the Preventative IT Support Package includes an allocation of a Pinnacle IT engineer's time per year. This time can be used to suit your business, either via scheduled monthly visits or one off IT Support Requirements.
Preventative Support is available in increments of 0.5 of a day and can be booked Monday to Friday (weekend work carries a small supplement).
