To mark this release Pinnacle & Sage will be demonstrating the new functionality within Sage 1000 v2.2 online during August and September so you don't have to move from your desk! The demonstrations will last approx 45mins and will cover the key features and benefits of this latest release.

Offering enormous depth and breadth of features and functionality Sage 1000 spans and integrates all areas of your business including finance, distribution, manufacturing, service operations and business information reporting. Sage 1000 v2.2 is the latest release of this premier suite application and delivers key functionality requested from you, the customer. Pinnacle is pleased to announce the release of Sage 1000 v2.2, a milestone in the Sage 1000 roadmap with a number of exciting enhancements: Support for Telesales, Support for Credit Management, enhanced CRM features.
Key new features include:
A number of new CRM features making Sage 1000 even easier and more productive to use. The ability to add notes, communications and documents against customers, suppliers, orders and quotations. By having more information available, a better picture can be given so leading to better service levels. Finding information is now even easier through the ability to use the Find and Recent lists against individual accounts - both customer and suppliers, as well as quotations and sales orders. A number of new features in quotations as well as a brand new 'fast order' capability making the processing of customer quotes and orders even quicker and easier. Additional redesigned user screens are provided for several of the commonly used modules, so making them easier and more intuitive to use. Sage 1000 v2.2 also provides support for the French language, meaning it can be easily used by customers in France. This is Sage's first step in committing to delivering Sage 1000 as an international solution. Support for Microsoft Vista and integration with Office 2007 meaning that Sage 1000 can be used on the infrastructure that customers want to use.
