Sage CRM
About Sage CRM
Sage CRM allows for the pooling of all transactions and communication history into a single screen, giving you a 360 degree view of your customer.
Sage CRM benefits at a glance:
Internet architecture
Sage CRM is deployed across an Internet architecture. This brings efficiencies in terms of speed of deployment, ease of maintenance and familiarity for new users. This also means that your users can gain access remotely – so they are not tied to the office.Configurable
Sage CRM offers out-of-the-box but configurable business process automation. It can be customised to match your business terminology and processes, you can build in workflow to match your internal processes and you can even apply security at a field level, using simple tick boxes.Freedom of choice
We offer Sage CRM in two ways – either deployed on your own servers or hosted on our servers and leased to you in a Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) model. You could even start by choosing the ‘hosted’ route and then move the deployment onto your own servers at a later date.Unifies your business
Sage CRM helps you to analyse, manage, and synchronise sales, marketing, and customer care activities across all points of contact, giving you true business visibility. This also enhances the ‘customer experience’ since however a customer contacts you, they should receive the same information.Integration
Sage CRM is also available as the CRM module in two of our business management suites see Sage 200 and Sage 1000 information for more information. Our sophisticated Web Services interface enables integration of Sage CRM with your applications.Training and Coaching
Sage CRM includes online training videos, system quick tips and system documentation to support your users. We have also included unique onscreen coaching, allowing you to see customised text as you move from screen to screen. The built-in training helps new users to get up to speed quickly and helps your existing users grow in confidence

Sage CRM v6.2 - What's New?
Sage CRM v6.20 delivers a comprehensive range of new capabilities and enhancements that are designed to enrich the Sage CRM user and ownership experience significantly. Top new features include:
Themes - Users can now change the look and feel of their Sage CRM installation through the use of the product’s new Branding Toolkit capabilities. A number of pre-configured themes are supplied out-of-the-box with version 6.2 and can be customised by administrators. Furthermore, entirely new themes can also be created from scratch.
Relationship Manager - A more powerful and flexible Relationship Manager is now available which allows users to set up many-to-many relationships between primary entities, as well as facilitating parent/child and sibling relationships. And an improved graphical interface in this area provides for even greater ease-of-use.
Email Editor Toolbar - Sage CRM 6.2 provides an enhanced email editor which incorporates extensive formatting options as well as a multilingual spell checker. These enhancements make it easier for users to produce and execute highly effective mass e-mail programmes from within Sage CRM.
Address Linking - Sage CRM 6.2 introduces powerful new capabilities for address maintenance; making it easy to manage address details and updates for both new and existing contacts. This ensures that Sage CRM captures the most comprehensive and accurate representation of address details on an on-going basis and that manual address maintenance is kept to a minimum.
In addition to these new enhancements, a range of improvements have been made across the product in areas such as offline synchronisation, Outlook integration and the .NET API.
