Pinnacle, 6 times winners of the “Sage 200 Partner of the Year Award” including 2019, is seeking to recruit a Sage 200 Account Manager to join its growing team in England to account manage its diverse and rapidly growing Sage 200 customer base.
Operating in the South of England, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years Sage 200 Account Management or Sage 200 Consultancy experience, have good technical knowledge of the product, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You should be able to demonstrate a history of over-achieving targets.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and managing client requirements; consultative development of Pinnacle's Sage 200 customer sites while identifying suitable sales opportunities to achieve set revenue targets; managing the sales process through the internal CRM system.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent relationship building and influencing skills coupled with a sound commercial and technical understanding of the Sage 200 and CRM technologies.
Salary will be negotiable depending on track record and experience. The position is permanent.
