Pinnacle is a rapidly growing business management solutions and managed IT services provider, with operations across the UK and Ireland. Our Sage 1000 team is recruiting a support consultant.
This position offers flexible home-based working, with access to any of Pinnacle's offices.
Reporting to the Sage 1000 Support Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide support to Sage 1000 customers in a wide range of industries ensuring customers experience exceptional service.

The ideal candidate
- Applicants should have a number of years of Sage 1000 support experience, with good Distribution and Manufacturing skills.
- You should be proficient in Paperless, DBForms, DBMail and have proven IT Support / Administration experience
- You should have excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels, as well as with your peers across various departments.
- The candidate will also be a good problem-solver, self-motivated and organised.
- Actively promote Pinnacle services and software solutions, including providing training sessions as required.
Salary will be negotiable depending on track record and experience. The position is a permanent contract.
