Pinnacle, specialists in providing Sage business management software and services, is back on the acquisition trail as it acquires the Sage business of Sys-Care. The acquisition adds a further 100 customers in Scotland and London to Pinnacle’s existing sizeable base of over 1000.
Sys-Care has been successful in implementing Sage 200 across a number of sectors and built a strong customer base in Scotland and London, which will be a natural complement to Pinnacle’s existing presence in these regions.
James Spencer, MD of Pinnacle, commented “We are delighted to welcome the Sys-Care team to the Pinnacle family. The recent acquisition strengthens our presence in both Scotland and the South of England. We look forward to leveraging their unique experience and expertise within the not for profit / charities sector.
Pinnacle has enjoyed significant growth since it was founded in 1993. Already employing a workforce of over 100 across the UK and Ireland the acquisition will add a further 5 staff and office in Scotland, in addition to our Glasgow and Aberdeen operations."
Sys-Care’s General Manager Allan Goldie added “We have built our Sage business over 25 years and now is the right time for our business to change direction. We wanted to work with a highly reputable Sage partner to ensure our customers would have a seamless transition. Pinnacle is highly focused on customer service and has large teams across consultancy, support and account management to service our customer base more effectively.
I think this is an exciting time for all staff who will join Pinnacle and for our customers.”
