When do I need to move from Sage 1000 or Line 500?
This will really depend on your individual business needs. We’ll be providing services and support as usual for the solutions but there will be limited legislative updates or defect fixes from Sage – so this may be something to consider when planning your migration.
Will Pinnacle still support my Sage 1000 or Line 500 solution?
Yes – We are providing full continuity of service and support to 2025 and we will provide reasonable endeavours support until 2029.
Can I still add additional users to my existing system?
Yes – you can still add additional user or company licences to your current solution.
