New Maternity and Paternity Policy to support working parents

At Pinnacle, we are always looking at ways in which to make our business the most rewarding and supportive place to work.

That’s why we have made some exciting changes to our maternity and paternity leave policy, to support our amazing mums and dads.

With the new policy, upon completion of two years’ service, team members will be entitled to enhanced company maternity and paternity pay which includes 13 weeks full pay as well as 2 weeks full pay for paternity leave. Check out the full benefits below.
