CAM Team Leader

Pinnacle, the technology solution's division of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a CAM Team Leader.

We are looking for CAM Team Leader to lead our Customer Account Management function and play a key role in strengthening long-term customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who is passionate about customer success, team development, and delivering measurable business growth.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing CAM team while managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive account management, collaboration across internal teams, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in account management, customer retention, and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and develop the CAM team
  • to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and manage pipeline forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer commitments
  • Own and resolve customer escalations, ensuring swift, effective outcomes through cross-team collaboration.

Customer Account Management

  • You will also manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Drive revenue through upselling, renewals, and account growth
  • Conduct regular Account Reviews to identify opportunities (expansion, upgrades, migration)
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Own and improve customer retention through proactive account management

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (sales, support, product, services) to deliver solutions
  • Support customer success, retention, continuous improvement and upgrade strategies
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements

Partner & Commercial Management

  • Maintain relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Assist in contract management, including renewals and negotiations
  • Track KPIs related to revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction

  • Proven account management and revenue growth track record
  • Experience with full customer lifecycle management, including retention and upsell
  • Strong financial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in ERP, Saas or Technology Sector
  • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Focused on customer success, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen
  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience driving change and continuous improvement
