Pinnacle announces new Worcester office as growth in customer base fuels expansion.
Pinnacle Computing continues expansion of its UK & Irish operations with the opening of its 9th office at United Business Centre, Worcester.
Pinnacle, a Sage business management software provider, has chosen the Worcester site for its ninth UK office, saying that the move is a reflection of the company's continued success.
In launching the latest office James Spencer, Pinnacle MD, said: "We have expanded our operations to support national growth adding additional service heads based locally at our state of the art offices in Worcester. We plan to recruit staff locally and this will augment our service offerings to our customers especially in the South Midlands region."
The new state-of-the-art offices will serve as a local base to serve Pinnacle's current Midlands Sage customer base and fits Pinnacle's ethos of offering customers local support from a national provider, he added. "Pinnacle's business strategy is simple. We deliver quality business solutions through Sage technology while providing high levels of customer service, locally. We understand that our customers want local and proactive support and account management teams as well as drawing from the skills of our consultants across the Pinnacle group."
Richard Sadler, Business Development Director, is to head the Worcester team. He said: "The move underlines Pinnacle's success bringing Sage business management software solutions to the market and signifies the beginning of a number of initiatives being carried out by the company as part of a strategic expansion of the group's activities."
