Brand Leaders Seek to Advance Customer Relationship Management in Ireland

September saw three of Irelands leading specialists from the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ireland, Sage and Pinnacle Computing join forces to present best practice seminars on customer relationship management (CRM) to brand leaders such as JP Morgan, Aer Arann, Hibernian Insurance, Alpha Marketing, Boomer Industries, Lagan Group and John H Lunn Jewellers, to name but a few.

The events ran at the Holiday Inn Belfast, 13th September, and the Conrad Hotel Dublin, 27th September. Keynote speaker at both events was Michael Maguire, Director of The Chartered Institute of Marketing Ireland, who advised businesses on the importance of CRM as a business strategy and introduced guidelines to help businesses set expectations define challenges and manage change when introducing CRM.
