Tell us about your role: My role at Pinnacle is to build the Sage customer base in Scotland. For businesses seeking to replace their Accounting, ERP & CRM software I will conduct an initial meeting to understand the company processes and requirements then progress to a demonstration. Once we get a customer on board we will conduct a handover with Pinnacle's Sage 200 projects and implementation team. My job is very diverse as I get to meet with a huge variety of businesses across multiple sectors and industries in Scotland.

Tell us about your role: As a Sage 200 Account Manager I am responsible for ensuring our Scottish customers get the maximum return from their investment that they have made in Sage 200. I particularly enjoy meeting customers and using my experience and accountancy background to suggest ways they can develop and enhance their software and processes. This could involve add on products from Sicon and Draycir, utilising features in Sage 200 they are not using or perhaps bespoke development.

Tell us about your role: I work alongside new and existing Pinnacle customers to assist them with the smooth running of their Sage 200 software and making sure they are using the software to its full potential. When implementing Sage 200 we will adopt the solution to the customers unique business processes and ensure users are fully trained. We can also create Workspaces in Sage 200, which is a customisable dashboard where users can see relevant business data and information. This is a great benefit to the user as they can pull data depending on the job role.

Tell us about your role: I assist customers with getting the most from their Sage 200 systems. I am also a fully qualified consultant for Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000 systems so have great working knowledge across all the Sage Accounting & ERP solutions.

Tell us about your role: My role is varied as I can install and train customers on Sage 200 software. However, I also have knowledge of some of the popular 3rd party add-ons available, this therefore can make my job very rewarding when the standard system, can be amended to suit the customers individual requirements.

Tell us about your role: As a Sage 200 Consultant for many years I have now expanded to my role to incorporate the implementation of 3rd party software Sicon WAP and other Add-ons. My role involves project planning with the customer to include the software implementation, training and go live.

Tell us about your role: I provide telephone support for the Sage 200 software and range of add-ons. Calls can vary from a quick question about creating accounts to more complex situations where the client may be having issues reconciling at month end to hardware issues causing problems logging onto Sage. Customers will also call me when then need some general advice and reassurance on Sage 200.

Tell us about your role: I specialise in the support of Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000, taking support calls from a large number of customers. I also get involved in consultancy such as training and report writing.

Tell us about your role: I provide customers with technical support and guidance using Sage 200, to make it easy and concise for our users to understand.

Tell us about your role: As part of the Sage development team, I’m involved in producing bespoke software solutions were the client has a requirement that’s not handled by the standard Sage 200 product. This can involve making small changes to the Sage 200 screens to display or record additional information, specific to the client’s business.
Larger development projects are also undertaken where the team will work with the client to specify their exact requirements. Thereafter, a software add-on will subsequently be developed and incorporated, as a new module, into the Sage 200 menu to perform company specific processing.

Tell us about your role: I help plan and specify our customers I.T infrastructure requirements and then implement the technology on the customer site. I also carry out Sage 200 upgrades and can deliver Sage 200 training and consultancy when required. I install and implement various Sage add-on solutions such as Spindle Professional and Spindle Document Capture.
