Pinnacle Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Sarah Bell as Professional Services Director and Dawn Sutton as Head of Sage 200
Pinnacle, the technology solutions division of K3 Advisory Group, is pleased to announce two key leadership appointments as part of its continued investment in service excellence, innovation, and customer success.
Sarah Bell has been appointed Professional Services Director, while Dawn Sutton takes the position of Head of Sage 200, further strengthening Pinnacle's leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.
In her new role, Sarah will lead Pinnacle's Professional Services teams across Sage 200, Sage Intacct, Software Development, and Acumatica, while also taking responsibility for the company's newly established Product Team.
Sarah brings more than 30 years of experience across support, consultancy, project management, and leadership within the ERP and software solutions sector. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering successful customer outcomes, building high-performing teams, and creating long-term customer partnerships.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Sarah successfully led Onesys before its acquisition by Pinnacle. Most recently, as Product Director, she has been instrumental in shaping Pinnacle's product strategy and helping ensure the business continues to evolve in line with customer and market needs.
Dawn Sutton, Appointed as Head of Sage 200
Joining Sarah's leadership team, Dawn Sutton has been appointed Head of Sage 200, where she will lead Pinnacle's Sage 200 Professional Services team.
Dawn brings more than 35 years of experience working with Sage software, 22 years working in Pinnacle including roles spanning support, consultancy, management, and project delivery. She has a proven track record of leading complex Sage implementations, delivering successful projects, and maintaining consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
Known for her approachable and collaborative style, Dawn has a genuine understanding of the day-to-day challenges businesses face. Her pragmatic, customer-focused approach and extensive technical expertise make her ideally placed to lead the Sage 200 Professional Services team, ensuring customers continue to receive the high-quality consultancy, implementation, and ongoing support Pinnacle is known for.
Together, Sarah and Dawn will play a pivotal role in strengthening Pinnacle's delivery capability, driving excellence in project outcomes, enhancing the customer experience, and continuing to invest in the development of Pinnacle's people. They will also support the continued growth of Pinnacle's Product Team and Sage 200 practice, helping ensure innovation remains at the heart of the business.
