Pinnacle Acquires MSA as launchpad into Midlands

The latest deal for the software company sees it taking over MSA’s customer base of over 80 sites and staff of the business in a move designed to support its penetration geographically into the Midlands region and to diversify its customer base.

James Spencer, MD of Pinnacle, comments on the deal,

Mike Smith, MD of MSA, is delighted as he and his team joins the UK’s leading Sage & IT services provider.

The Pinnacle Group growth continues at pace as the business now employs around 120 people and supporting over 1000 customers sites from its 11 offices including the newly acquired site in Halesowen, Birmingham. Its strategy is to continue growing organically and through acquisition of Sage & IT services businesses in the UK & Ireland.
