Pinnacle expands Sage business with third acquisition since joining K3 Advisory Group

Pinnacle, the technology solutions division of K3 Advisory Group has acquired the Sage customer base of Evesham-based Qmulus Solutions Ltd, bringing Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Sage CRM customers into Pinnacle.

Qmulus marks Pinnacle's third acquisition since joining the K3 Advisory Group in October 2024, following Chepstow-based AlphaLogix in April 2025 and the Sage and ERP business of Harrogate-based Onesys in November 2025. The acquisitions form part of Pinnacle's strategy to grow its Sage customer base and capabilities across the UK and Ireland.

For Pinnacle, the acquisition deepens its commitment to Sage 200 at a time when many mid-market businesses are weighing up their next move, whether that means getting more from their current system, moving to the cloud or preparing for growth. Each acquisition adds scale to Pinnacle's Sage practice, supporting continued investment in specialist expertise and product knowledge.

For Qmulus customers, joining Pinnacle provides access to an award-winning Sage Platinum Club partner, alongside Pinnacle's broader business software and managed IT capabilities and the wider expertise of K3 Advisory Group. Customers will continue to be supported on their existing Sage systems, with access to Pinnacle's wider cloud accounting and ERP portfolio, such as Sage Inacct and Sage X3, as their needs evolve.
