Pinnacle appoints Director to oversee growth in its IT Services Division

As IT Services Director, Gavin will lead delivery into the next growth phase for the division while working closely with other leaders in the business to champion IT Services within a variety of customer segments.

With 21 years of industry experience, Gavin started his career at Ibex which was subsequently acquired by Pinnacle in 2007. Gavin has worked at Pinnacle for 12 years and been part of the management team for 7.

Gavin has made a significant contribution to the accelerated growth in our IT services division, which sits alongside our Sage division. With Gavin’s commitment and expertise in his field, this is a natural progression in his career at Pinnacle.

We are structuring the business so it is agile and fit for rapid expansion and to ensure that our next phase of growth is supported with the right management structure in place. Gavin’s appointment will ensure our business plans are delivered while he leads a growing team”, said Pinnacle MD, James Spencer.

The recent appointment of Gavin was supported with additional management appointments in the team including Graham Lilley as IT Support Team Leader, Grant Funnell as Implementation Team Leader and Nicole Cowell as a marketer. Pinnacle is currently in recruitment mode with vacancies in its Birmingham office.
