Sage 200’s CRM (customer relationship management) element supports a customised diary system to handle the events calendar from enquiry to completion of bookings in high volumes. The superior business management reporting, afforded by Sage 200 Business Intelligence, gives detailed financial analysis and timely information, to ensure effective decision making to support the successful business growth within Titanic Belfast.
