  • Improved Customer & Supplier Communication Tracking – Enhanced visibility of past interactions to support credit control and relationship management
  • Country of Origin in Stock List – A new field based on customer feedback, enabling users to quickly identify where stock originates
  • Modernised Commercials Web Screens – Updated SOP Returns and Amend Status forms with a refreshed, user-friendly interface, plus several new and enhanced API endpoints
  • SEPA Compliance Updates – Changes to EBanking to align with SEPA requirements, including core product updates and two new EBanking plugins

Even though older versions of Sage 200 will no longer be supported after the above specified deadlines, the system will remain operational. Pinnacle will of course still continue to provide daily support for your system.

If you choose not to upgrade to a supported version of Sage 200, you will face various limitations in the future. Specifically, adding new users or acquiring additional modules will not be possible until you complete the upgrade.
