The Pinnacle System Care package is our 24/7 monitoring service.

Pinnacle System Care allows us to monitor:

  • Security Updates
  • Hardware Failure
  • Third party liaison: ISP, Banking, Web Hosting, Email Hosting etc
  • Performance Monitoring: disk space, processor usage, memory usage, software updates etc...

Implementation and Project Management Services

Pinnacle offer full planning of installations no matter how small or large - minimising downtime. Your Pinnacle account manager will work alongside the implementation team to assist with any infrastructure upgrades or replacements. 

Third Party Liaison

Liaison with third party companies such as ISP's and specialist software suppliers is also offered.
