Gavin Brown appointed as Pinnacle Customer Service Director

Gavin Brown to Lead Customer Service, Support, and Contracts Functions

Pinnacle, the technology solutions division of K3 Advisory Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Brown as Customer Service Director, with responsibility for overseeing the company’s Managed IT Services (MITS), Support, and Contracts functions.

In his expanded role, Gavin will lead the continued evolution of Pinnacle’s customer-focused service strategy, ensuring customers continue to benefit from exceptional support, consultancy, and managed IT services in an increasingly fast-paced and ever-changing technology landscape.

Gavin brings more than 20 years of experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses with their IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. His areas of expertise include technical pre-sales, IT consultancy, troubleshooting and development, cloud enablement and business transitioning, project management and planning, and the leadership of professional services and support teams.

Having joined Pinnacle in 2007 following the acquisition of Ibex, Gavin has progressed steadily through the organisation, becoming a director in 2019. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of Pinnacle’s Managed IT Services business, helping to build a highly skilled, agile, and customer-focused team.

Under Gavin’s leadership, Pinnacle has successfully evolved from a traditional break-fix support provider into a proactive, fully managed outsourced IT services business. His forward-thinking approach and commitment to customer relationships and retention have helped strengthen Pinnacle’s reputation as a trusted technology partner.
