Pinnacle Appoints James Mitchell as Sales Director

Pinnacle, the technology solutions division of the K3 Advisory Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Mitchell as Sales Director, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence across the UK & Ireland SME cloud accounting and ERP market.

James brings extensive experience across the Sage ecosystem and has a proven track record of helping small and medium-sized enterprises modernise and scale through cloud-based financial and business management solutions.

With deep expertise in the Sage channel, James has spent his career supporting partners and customers in the successful delivery of cloud accounting, ERP, and digital transformation projects. His work has consistently focused on enabling SMEs to improve operational efficiency, streamline financial processes, and adopt scalable technology platforms that support long-term growth.

In his new role at Pinnacle, James will lead the sales organisation, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and expanding the company’s reach across key SME sectors. He will play a pivotal role in advancing Pinnacle’s Sage and Acumatica cloud accounting and ERP solutions, alongside Managed IT Services (MITS) and wider digital transformation offerings including product development.

He will also hold a clear mandate to both expand and protect Pinnacle’s extensive customer base, ensuring customers continue to maximise ROI from their investment in Pinnacle’s solutions and services. Alongside this, James will support the company’s next phase of expansion through both organic growth and a targeted acquisition-led strategy, reinforcing Pinnacle’s position as a leading provider of cloud accounting and ERP solutions for SMEs.
